A Fool’s Fête is the annual fundraising event of the Friends of New Yorkers For Children, a group of dedicated New Yorkers who support NYFC’s efforts to help the city’s most vulnerable children. Founded in 1996, NYFC is committed to enriching the lives of young people in foster care as they strive to become successful, self-sufficient adults. Over the past thirteen years, fundraising initiatives like A Fool’s Fete have enabled NYFC to reach these youth through scholarships, tutoring programs, job training, networking opportunities and the support needed to succeed in college.
